A dinner born from a shared love of olive oil (the soul of Mediterranean cooking) and a desire to celebrate it properly, at the table. Together with Odysea, we built an evening rooted in their Greek heritage: a crisp blue and white tablecloth as the foundation, a modern take on the kind you'd find on a sun-bleached taverna table by the sea. From there, we layered in handmade ceramics and considered cutlery; every piece chosen to feel both elevated and lived-in, the way the best Mediterranean tables always do.
