We hope you love your SOFRA order and that it brings you lots of joy around the table, but if you need to return anything please contact us with details of the order number, the item(s) you would like to return and your preferred collection date. You have 14 days from receipt of order to return your item back to us.

Kindly note that we are unable to offer returns for any pieces that are made to order.

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be wrapped well and returned using the original packaging provided, including the original inner packaging.
