Orders
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note that as our vendors are based around the world, one order might include several shipping fees.
When will my order ship?
- Due to the artisanal nature of our brand partners there are often lead times to the products on our website which mean your products are carefully made only upon an order is placed. We display these across the different product pages and general description of our table outfits so that hosts can plan accordingly.
- In general, this makes our business model a lot more sustainable and supportive of brand partners who meticulously craft objects for us. However we appreciate that sometimes there are last minute requests, please do get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to support your request.
How much does shipping cost?
At SOFRA we value transparency across everything, including shipping costs. As a result we don’t have a standard shipping fee but instead have these calculated at checkout so they best reflect the objects being ordered, where they are shipping from (our brand partners ship these directly from their atelier and studio to you) and the shipping destination.
What is your return policy?
We are thrilled you chose us for your next dinner and we hope your order brings you lots of joy around the table. At SOFRA, we want to offer a flexible return policy that allows you to shop with confidence while still honouring and respecting the hard work of our artisans. Our unique, high-quality tableware deserves careful handling, and we’ve designed our return process to reflect this.
Once your order is placed, we will call you to confirm whether you would like to receive the entire order or begin with a sample place setting. This personalized approach helps avoid unnecessary shipping costs and risks associated with shipping larger orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. If you sign up to Sofra's Newsletter, you'll be automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme where you'll enjoy access to many perks from early sale access and priority customer care to an introductory table styling consultation.

How should I care for my product?
Where possible we have included information on product care (especially if there is anything to keep in mind when washing our pieces) on the relevant product pages. However please do get in touch with us via info@aroundthesofra.com if you need further information and we’ll be happy to help.

I have a special occasion coming up, can SOFRA help create a bespoke look to match my event?
Absolutely, whether a small get together or a big celebration we are always delighted to partner with clients to collaborate on looks and table settings.
